中国能源新闻网讯 （周妍 陈振宁）9月23日，国家能源局南方监管局组织召开广东、广西、海南三省（区）安全生产紧急工作会，贯彻落实国家能源局关于党的二十大电力安全保障工作部署和要求，对做好电力安全生产和保障工作再部署、再督促、再落实。

南方能源监管局要求，各单位要从思想、作风和能力3个方面深刻反思、查找问题，细化工作措施、狠抓责任落实，坚决克服麻痹思想、侥幸心理，坚决遏制安全生产事故反弹势头，坚决防范遏制各类事故发生。

会议强调，要提高站位，增强做好安全生产和保电工作的责任感和使命感，牢牢把握党中央、国务院关于安全生产的决策部署和工作要求，精准聚焦保电重点目标任务。要居安思危，准确把握当前安全生产面临的形势，要认识到当前南方三省区电力保供形势不容乐观，大面积停电风险依然存在，网络安全管理存在短板，电力基础设施防灾能力不足等情况。要全力以赴，做好电力安全保障工作。各单位要拧紧保电责任链条，扛牢压实安全生产责任；落实双重预防机制，全力确保重大风险隐患见底清零；强化值班值守和应急保障，及时处置各类突发事件；警惕疲劳懈怠心理，抓实疫情常态化防控。

The meeting emphasized the need to improve the position, enhance the sense of responsibility and mission for safety production and power supply protection, firmly grasp the decisions and arrangements and work requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on safety production, and accurately focus on key goals and tasks of power supply protection. We must be prepared for danger in times of peace, accurately grasp the current situation facing production safety, and realize that the current power supply situation in the three southern provinces is not optimistic. The risk of large-scale power outages still exists, there are shortcomings in network security management, and the power infrastructure has insufficient disaster prevention capabilities. We must go all out to ensure power safety. All units must tighten the chain of responsibility for ensuring power supply and firmly shoulder the responsibility for safe production; implement a double prevention mechanism and make every effort to ensure that major risks and hazards are eliminated; strengthen duty watch and emergency protection, handle various emergencies in a timely manner; and be wary of fatigue and slackness. Psychologically, we must implement normalized prevention and control of the epidemic.
