会议要求，要认真总结迎峰度夏电力安全保供的经验教训，坚持底线思维，坚决打好迎峰度冬保供攻坚战。一是高度重视今年秋汛和“9·5”泸定地震后地灾风险排查和防范。二是落实安全风险分级管控责任和措施，认真开展风险隐患治理回头看，狠抓全过程管控，抓紧完成隐患治理销号。三是持续加强森林草原输配电设施火灾隐患排查治理、高海拔地区输配电设施雨雪冰冻灾害应对工作。四是深入研判保供安全形势，强化一次能源供应保障，挖掘内外供应能力，推进重点保供加强工程安全及时投运。
